Why Use a Travel Advisor?

Travel advisor can help you plan a variety of trips. Even though we all have access to a ton of information online, there are so many ways using a travel advisor can help make that process easier (and make sure you get the best rate). Here are a few instances where I can help you:

1. If you already know where you want to go.

Knowing where you want to go or what you want to do may make you think you don’t need to use a travel advisor; and you may be right.

But maybe you’re really busy and don’t have time to research where you want to stay, or eat, or plan activities. Or perhaps you’ve started planning a trip to a destination you’ve never visited before and are feeling overwhelmed. These are my favorite trips to plan because I’ve been in this exact situation. It can be overwhelming to plan a trip from start to finish, especially if you don’t have an idea of what you want in the first place (other than to go on vacation). It can be so helpful to bounce ideas off of someone who has a lot of travel experience (like me!). Planning a group can be so stressful. Everyone either has an opinion or says “I don’t care” (but they actually do care). Also, if you’re dealing with people in your party traveling from different destinations to meet up, that can be an additional headache. By using a travel advisor like me, I’ll be able to coordinate the different modes of transportation, address conflicts in the planning process, and get group rates on travel so the group can have a stress-free vacation!

4. I want to go on a cruise

If you’ve never been on a cruise before, using a travel advisor can help with planning the entire trip. I didn’t go on my first cruise until a few years ago and I was completely floored by how much there is to know and research because it seems like every ship and every cruise line is different! I’m well versed in multiple cruise lines and always up for learning more about the specifics of any particular ship, destination, shore excursions, dining options, drink packages, on-board activities and more!
